David Hall was a TI-Basic programmer for the TI-83 graphing calculator. He founded SiCoDe Software along with his brother Matt Hall, a programming group that released several high-quality advanced Basic games for the TI-83. He also founded the TI-BASIC Quality Alliance and Basmic Campaign, campaigns headed up by SiCoDe to get more respect for TI-Basic programmers within the TI community, and to release the best TI-Basic programs under one banner to increase their visibility and subsequently to get more downloads.
