Matthew Shepcar (scabby) was an assembly programmer for the TI-85/86 calculators and was an active member of Icarus Productions. He was responsible for programming multiple quality games including Peaworm, Vertigo, Repton, and Bomberbloke, as well as creating the popular Rascall shell for the TI-86.
Towards the end of his TI community involvement, him and the rest of Icarus Productions switched over to Nintendo Game Boy development. In fact, they ported some of their TI games, including Matthew Shepcar's Peaworm and Jimmy Mardell's Sqrxz.
