Pat Milheron is an actual Texas Instruments programmer.
Pat was the TI programmer responsible for writing the ROM code for the TI-83 graphing calculator, as well as the Squish and Zasmload utility programs used for writing native assembly programs for the TI-83 graphing calculator. He was active on the Calc-TI and Graph-TI mailing lists back in 1997 and 1998.
On top of this, he has released a small selection of programs and source code on ticalc.org.
