Rusty Wagner was a member of the Assembly Coder's Zenith, Inc. (ACZ) programming group. He released a few high-quality games for the TI-89 and TI-92+.

Person Significance

Along with Corey Taylor, he is the man responsible for creating the Virtual TI (VTI) emulator (URL: http://vti.acz.org) and Graphics Studio (URL: http://www.graphicsstudio.net), two of the most important and most utilized computer tools in the TI community. He also created a probability simulation application with Corey Taylor in conjunction with Texas Instruments for the TI-83+ graphing calculator in Summer 2000.
