T&T 89 was the site that accompanied the Visual OS shell that François Goldgewicht created for the TI-89. The shell was very popular in the TI community, and even won the Program of the Month (POTM) award on ticalc.org in September 1999 and the Best Basic Program award in the Millennium Awards that were jointly hosted by ticalc.org and Dimension-TI in 2000. Francois also ran the Ti-Fr site, as most of the discussion about the site and Visual OS was in French.
The site was one of the sites that got hosting through ticalc.org.
