Top 25 TI Sites was an attempt to rank the TI sites based on number of hits they received. The page was basically just a list of links, and when somebody would click one of the links that counted as a hit for that site. The site was short-lived, however, and never really took off in the TI community. It later merged with CalcWire and became one of the services that they provided.
